- Log into the web portal: https://slecapp.com/newfront
- Once logged in, go to the top-right corner of the screen and click the dropdown arrow under your profile name.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to your name and select your exhibiting company.
- On the left-hand menu, click Profile Info.
- Select Lead Questions.
- Scroll down to the Additional Questions section.
- Add your custom qualifier questions as needed.
- Once finished, make sure to Publish your changes so they appear in the app.
Why can’t I see my new qualifiers?
Be sure you clicked Publish after making changes. If the questions are not published, they will not appear in Lead Capture.
Where do the custom qualifiers appear?
Your additional questions will appear within Lead Capture when scanning or managing leads.
