Exhibitors who purchased Lead Capture for the 2026 conference can export leads through the web portal.
Important to Know
- Lead Capture licenses are tied to the email address of the licensed user.
- Admin – Can view and export all leads collected by the exhibiting company.
- Member – Can only view and export their own scanned leads.
Access the Web Portal
Download Your Leads
- Log into the web portal.
- Click the dropdown arrow in the top-right corner under your profile name.
- Select your exhibiting company.
- Click Download Leads from the left-hand menu.
Need Access to All Company Leads?
A team member must be assigned as an Admin to access all leads.
To Assign an Admin:
- Log into the web portal.
- Click the dropdown arrow in the top-right corner under your profile name.
- Select your exhibiting company.
- Click Add Team Members.
- Find the team member and click the pencil icon.
- Change their role from Member to Admin.
- Save your changes.
Once assigned as an Admin, that user can log in with their own email address and export all company leads.

If a team member needs access to all company leads, they must be assigned as an Admin. To update a team member’s role:
- Log into the web portal.
- Click the dropdown arrow in the top-right corner under your profile name.
- Select your exhibiting company.
- Click Add Team Members.
- Find the person you want to update and click the pencil icon.
- Change their role from Member to Admin.
- Save your changes.
Once assigned as an Admin, that person will be able to log in using their own email address and export all leads collected by the exhibiting company’s team members.
